There are a number of dining options in Wollombi. Further afield are Cessnock, Broke and the main vineyard district, which have a greater choice of restaurants and cafes. Please book early for Saturday night reservations in Wollombi, as the village can get busy.

Dine-in Meals

These meals have been designed to either BBQ at your retreat, reheat or simply enjoy! Please allow 7 days notice to order. Enjoy BBQ dinner packs, curries, lamb shanks, desserts, or cheese and antipasto platters from the Hunter Valley Smelly Cheese Shop. Download the menu.

Restaurant Transfers

Wollombi Wine Tours provide restaurant transfers to Pokolbin and Lovedale on Saturday nights. They will collect you from Somewhere Unique around 6.30pm (for 7.30pm restaurant bookings) with the return journey leaving around 10pm.

The Sydney Morning Herald have released their 2012 Good Pub Food Guide, and a number of pubs around Cessnock have made the grade! If you are looking for a good pub feed, why not consider: The Australia Hotel, Bellbird Hotel, The Cessnock Hotel, Harrigan's Irish Pub, Peden's Hotel, Potters Brewery, or the Royal Oak Hotel.

The Royal Oak Hotel in Cessnock, and Harrigan's Irish Pub in Pokolbin were also "One Schooner Winners".
