Wine Tasting in the Wollombi ValleyExplore the Wollombi Valley Wine Trail – a unique part of Hunter Valley Wine Country, the Wollombi Valley’s vineyards have been producing fine wines in this region since the 1850’s.

The vineyards and wineries of the valley are small, boutique operations run by owner operators. The grapes are picked by hand. Wines are normally hand-made in small quantities. The results are trophy winning wines of exceptional quality. You will be made very welcome at the cellar doors of the Wollombi Valley vineyards with a friendly smile and a glass of fine wine.

NOYCE BROTHERS WINES
A boutique wine producer at Wollombi in the Lower Hunter Valley. Through the unique combination of soil and climate the vineyards produce quite distinctive Hunter style wines, particularly semillon and shiraz.

STONEHURST WINES
Visit the sandstone cellar and sample the award winning wines. Produced entirely from hand-picked grapes, the wines exhibit rich fruit flavour and long depth of palate.
