The Summer Wine guest package is a romantic and luxurious experience of wine and gourmet cuisine. You will arrive to a welcoming secluded luxury air-conditioned retreat, where you will discover 5 complimentary bottles of mixed wine from the most revered boutique wineries along the Wollombi Valley Wine Trail: Wollombi Wines; Stonehurst Wines; Noyce Brothers; Wollombi Village Vineyard; and Undercliff Winery.
These beautiful wines will enhance your generous dinner hamper, waiting in your retreat on arrival to prepare at your leisure, which includes either Scotch Fillet, Camembert Chicken Breast, or Atlantic Salmon with a garden salad and potatoes, a fruit fondue, and a cheese tasting plate. After dinner indulge your partner with a refreshing, romantic soak in the two-person bath sharing a bottle of wine, before cuddling up under luxuriously soft sheets in a dreamy king bed.
