It’s been raining, raining, raining…. Good weather for ducks they say ! Despite the inclement weather our guests have been enjoying staying at Somewhere Unique. We are lucky our retreats are high and dry, cosy, comfortable and cocooned. The birds are still singing and the wildflowers blooming. We had some wonderful guests in at the height of the flooding who like us were not able to get out for two days. Here’s what they said on TripAdvisor:
“Our stay at Somewhere Unique is one that we will fondly remember. Everything from our wonderful hosts, Nick and Julia, to our beautiful accommodation and the gorgeous surroundings made our stay truly memorable!
Unfortunately our stay was impacted by local flooding, and we couldn’t visit the local attractions as planned, and our massages could not proceed, but we couldn’t think of a better place to spend some quality time together and celebrate my birthday! We took advantage of the bad weather and totally relaxed and enjoyed the comforts of our amazing accommodation, along with the very generous provisions provided and the little extra touches which made our stay extra special! Our hosts ensured we had everything we needed and that we were safe and dry during the flood event.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will certainly recommend Somewhere Unique to all our friends and family, and we look forward to visiting again.”
So rain, hail or shine Somewhere Unique is the best place to be for a wonderful getaway. Why not book your luxury escape now.
